Our stay in Puerto Vallarta at Casa Dos Cisnes is "undescrible"! There simply are not enough words to summarize our stay. Between the AMAZING views (regardless of where you stand) to the FIRST CLASS service provided by Elvira, Rodrigo and Lucia - life is good!! - while here at Puerto Vallarta.
We were welcomed with smiling faces and open arms and as our family vacation drew closer to the end, those same smiling faces and open arms were still there. The staff here made each of us feel special in our own ways... Elvira remembered how many sugars in everyone's coffee and who wanted milk, coffee, etc... Every day! Those small gestures mean so much and really show how much they pay attention to ensuring your stay is enjoyed and your vacation is treasured. The food prepared daily by Rodrigo is REMARKABLE!!! It's a good thing our family was only here for one week, because we have eaten enough to feed an army and meal time was becoming the event of the day and we could eat Rodrigo's food EVERY DAY!!!
And the beds..... they are like sleeping on clouds!!! It was so refreshing to come in daily to a clean and crisp bed, fluffed and inviting. Lucia and the entire staff make your experience at Casa Dos Cisnes a memory that will never fade.
We will miss Puerto Vallarta, Casa Dos Cisnes and Lucia, Rodrigo, and Elvira. You guys really made our family vacation of 2011 one that we will always remember. Thank you again for your awesome services.

"The perfect place for your intimate and romantic wedding - Everything was amazing!
The house was lovely and all of our friends from the other villas were jealous of our lovely accommodations. The master suite was the perfect retreat for us as we prepared for the wedding. We couldn't have asked for more.
Magdalena exceeded my expectations every day. She and I had discussed "Mexican wedding cookies" and when we arrived she had a friend make cookies to celebrate our wedding. It was such a special touch that made us feel like we were coming home to a friend. Then throughout the week she talked with my mom about recipes, befriended each of our house guests, and got to know everyone so well. Finally, on the actual wedding day she did 2 things that blew me away! She had made a bouquet for me. It was by far lovelier than the flowers I had ordered an I ended up using it in our wedding. And she had a taxi driver who was a friend pick us up in his van and she decorated it with a huge bow! The whole wedding was more special because Magdalena was there.
Rogelio is an amazing cook! I asked him to surprise us with breakfast and he never disappointed. He was constantly thinking one step ahead and anticipating our needs. He helped throughout the week and wowed our guests with delicious food. Most importantly, he and Magdalena both shared recipes with my mother (cooking is her passion) and made her feel at home in Mexico.
Lucia was also a delight. With a Buenos Dias and a huge smile every morning, a constant thank you, and compliments (as best she could) for everyone.
I hope they enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed each of them!
[To the owner], I would like to end by thanking you. Over the last 9 months you took the time make me feel confident and comfortable (important for a nervous bride). You always answered all of my questions and regularly sent me in the right direction. Knowing what a busy guy you are, I can only imagine how you get it all done. "Our 7 day stay at Casa Dos Cisnes was just wonderful. Totally relaxed and such great care was given to us. The staff, Magdalena and Roger, are the Best!! We couldn't have asked for anything better. They will do anything for you and are so helpful with cabs, etc. The six of us ate and drank till we were fat and happy. The Casa was clean, comfortable, great food, clean & warm pool, awesome views and great decorating made us feel like kings and queens.
Hated to leave Magdalena and Roger. We had so much fun with them and they worked so hard to make us feel special. The meals Roger cooked for us everday were delicious. He is a gourmet cook and his guacamole is the best we have ever had. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Will be telling everyone we know about Casa Dos Cisnes. It was a very special vacation for our family."

"We were blown away upon arrival of this amazing home and even more impressed by the spectacular views. The house worked perfectly for our sizeable group with 3 families with 5 children under the age of 4. Magdalena was simply lovely, amazingly helpful and a joy to have around. I really want her to come home with me ;) Alfredo prepared wonderful meals for both children and adults... he was very accomodating. Overall, an incredibly relaxing 2 weeks and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Casa Dos Cisnes truly captivated my family’s attention throughout our vacation. I believe its allure comes from its elegant grandeur, magnificent views of Banderas Bay and staff who is willing and wanting to assist with any and all desires. From our first day when Magdalena and Alfredo welcomed us with Margaritas, guacamole, tostados and a tour of this beautiful home, we knew we’d chosen paradise as our place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.
I’m sure many will say (with apologies to the website photographer) that photographs don’t do this home justice. But I think any photographer would have difficulties capturing all the multi levels and spacious living accommodations and exquisite appointments that Casa Dos Cisnes offers. I was concerned that my children and their friend would argue over choosing “the best room with the best views”…how pleasant that this wasn’t a concern as each beautiful bedroom offers elegantly appointed beds, outside patio and private baths.
And the master bedroom suite…wow! I think if I had wanted I could have possibly spent my entire vacation viewing the bay from a vantage point of either the large bed, huge private patio, or maybe better yet from my bath as I showered in my Jacuzzi garden tub “like a bird”(as Magdalene said) with the ceiling to tub windows wide open. If I had stayed secluded in the master bedroom suite, I don’t think my family would have missed me, as they would have easily found their own place for sanctity or fun throughout the house or at the pool and would have been well cared for by Magdalena and Alfredo. Both of these individuals are treasures of this house.
Magdalena’s cheery nature and desire to please captured my family’s hearts. She was always willing to quickly attend to our needs as soon as she heard the “beep, beep, beep” of the electronic pager and/or our humorous attempts to mimic the device. Her presence was always welcomed, although she made it a point to never hover. We will fondly remember sharing stories of the illusive chachalaca as well as the times she attempted to help us communicate with her in Spanish. Magdalena is a beautiful woman with a beautiful spirit...if she is found missing you may want to check with us as we may have stolen her away!
And Alfredo…”Oh My God”…it’s apparent he loves to cook and wants to make sure his guests are served the meals of their desires. We thought we'd be dining out in the evenings, but instead chose to dine in each evening to enjoy Alfredo’s cooking.
On our last night, Alfredo created a special five course meal, complete with Tres Leches cake to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday…yum and ole! What a surprise and a joy it has been to find the most beautiful place, with the friendliest people, the best food and the most relaxing place to be in Puerto Vallarta is here at Casa Dos Cisnes.
My family’s memories will be rich with the experiences we enjoyed at this lovely home being pampered by Magdalena and Alfredo. We hope to return and hope others can share in all the enjoyments this house has to offer. Muchas gracias!"

Our original trip was planned for lodging at Casa Del Quetzal. Due to some confusion of dates, our hosts put us in your home for two nights. What a lucky break for us!! Your home is gorgeous and I stood in awe as we toured the home for the first time. And Magdalena and Alfredo were just icing on the cake!
